Before you order
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans have a one-month minimum and renew monthly. Six-month and annual prepaid plans run for their term. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how each is handled.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. We run a live, guided walkthrough on an environment configured for your firm instead, and our 14-day money-back window on new hosting orders means you can start with confidence.
Are there setup, migration or cancellation fees?
None. The per-user price includes provisioning, migration, onboarding and support. There is no fee to cancel at the end of a term.
What counts as a user?
A named person with their own login. Users can be added or removed at any time; charges are prorated to the day.
Can we combine hosting with hardware or managed IT on one invoice?
Yes. Hosting, managed IT and hardware purchases can all be consolidated on a single monthly invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (when card payments are enabled), ACH bank transfer, and checks by mail payable to QBDesktopCloud.
