Zedhost Cloud Solutions LLC is an Illinois limited liability company doing business as QBDesktopCloud, the name you will see on card and bank statements.
We serve accounting firms, bookkeepers, tax preparers and the small and mid-size businesses they support. Our focus is deliberately narrow: hosting the accounting and tax software those businesses already license, supplying the hardware they access it from, and managing the IT around it.
What we do
- Cloud hosting for QuickBooks Desktop, Sage and professional tax software on hardened Windows servers in US data centers.
- Virtual desktops — a complete hosted Windows workspace for remote and hybrid teams.
- Managed IT and security — monitoring, patching, backups, MFA and a help desk for the office.
- Business hardware — desktops, laptops, servers, storage, printers, scanners, network devices and phones, quoted and delivered ready to use.
What we don't do
We do not resell software licenses. You bring the licensed copy of QuickBooks, Sage, Drake or any other application you own, and we host and support it.
How we work
Every order creates a customer account with a complete record of orders, invoices, payments, subscriptions and hosting services. We accept card, ACH and check payments, issue a PDF invoice for every order, and notify you at each step of a manual payment so there is never guesswork about where things stand.
