Do I need to buy a new QuickBooks license?
No. We host the license you already own. If you need additional seats or an upgrade, we can point you to the right Intuit channel; we do not resell licenses.
Can Mac users access QuickBooks Desktop?
Yes. Because the application runs on our Windows server, Mac, iPad, Chromebook and Linux users connect with a remote desktop client and get the full Windows experience.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. We provide a full export of company files and documents, and delete our copies 30 days after cancellation, per our refund and cancellation policy.
